A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 3–7.
The sprawling maze of caverns and tunnels beneath the hilltop city of Kaer Maga are home to a host of dangers and mysteries. A dedicated group of guards called the Duskwardens is responsible for protecting Kaer Magans and visitors alike from everything that lurks below. Despite the Duskwardens’ best efforts, the influence of one of the vaults has been spreading on to the streets of Kaer Maga. It falls to a group Pathfinder Society agents to navigate the factions of Kaer Maga to access and strike at the heart of the lurking threat.
Beyond the Halflight Path is an evergreen, replayable scenario designed to provide a flexible adventure that confronts the PCs with a variety of threats more common to higher-level characters. The scenario has nine different possible villains, as well as myriad other options for the GM to customize the dangers that the PCs face.

Bookings
Bookings for all Events open on Friday March 19th at 12:00 noon GMT.
I have a Level 3 Cavalier (Niala), but happy to play a Pregen and fit in wherever. Thanks for GM’ing this, awesome 🙂
Andrew
I have quite a number of options as to who to bring in this level range:
Liberty’s Edge – Dowrimple – Male Halfling Cavalier/7.0
Scarab Sages – Prindlemire – Male Gnome Sorcerer/7.0
Liberty’s Edge – Pimblington – Male Gnome Bard/6.1
Grand Lodge – Grum the Thug – Male Half-orc Rogue (Thug)/6.0
Silver Crusade – Iggy Toymaker – Male Dwarf Alchemist/3.0
Liberty’s Edge – Inquisitor Stick – Male Tengu Inquisitor/7.1
Silver Crusade – Daydrocandri – Male Gnome Oracle/3.2
Silver Crusade – Thumpinollo – Male Gnome Sacred Shield Paladin/3.0
Liberty’s Edge – Brom of the Stone – Male Dwarf Menhir Savant Druid/4.1
The Exchange – Pugnacious Twiddlebury – Male Gnome Summoner/3.0
Grand Lodge – Spirit Walker – Male Gnome Spirit Totem Barbarian/4.2
Scarab Sages – Oban Ze – Male Ifrit Sorcerer/3.0
Silver Crusade – Thoom – Male Oread Monk of the Sacred Mountain/3.0
Scarab Sages – Lucky the Archaeologist – Male Halfling Archaeologist/3.0
So regardless of the subtier.. I have someone.
Since Andrew said he has a level 3 character, I suggest going for the lower subtier.
For that, I have a few characters I would be interested in playing:
Giz – ratfolk witch (ley line guardian) 4 (healing and debuffing)
Bikkay – half-orc druid (nature fang) 4 (melee)
Ayanmo – samsaran unchained summoner (god caller) 3 (melee eidolon and diplomacy summoner)
Since I wouldn’t mind having a few hit points for this, I’d prefer the ratfolk or the druid. If we still need a healer, I’ll go for the ratfolk witch.
OK.. cool.. Lower Subtier makes sense.. that doesn’t really shorten my options all that much. 🙂
I think Stick is my only character that has actually been to Kaer Maga before… but he’d be in the upper tier.
So we have a Cavalier/3… plus maybe a Witch /4 healer
Sounds like we could use some spell damage or skills… ranged damage wouldn’t be bad either.
Sounds like we will definitely want at least some diplomacy.
Day & Thump are both fairly diplomatic.. as is Lucky.
Oban and Spirit Walker are both pretty good at telling tall tales.
Pug is nominally capable in the social graces.
Brom, Iggy, and Thoom are all socially awkward.
I’m hoping the Cavalier is somewhat diplomatic?
Gnomes:
Silver Crusade – Daydrocandri – Male Gnome Oracle/3.2
Silver Crusade – Thumpinollo – Male Gnome Sacred Shield Paladin/3.0
The Exchange – Pugnacious Twiddlebury – Male Gnome Summoner/3.0
Grand Lodge – Spirit Walker – Male Gnome Spirit Totem Barbarian/4.2
Gnome Adjacent (Halfling):
Scarab Sages – Lucky the Archaeologist – Male Halfling Archaeologist/3.0
Dwarves:
Silver Crusade – Iggy Toymaker – Male Dwarf Alchemist/3.0
Liberty’s Edge – Brom of the Stone – Male Dwarf Menhir Savant Druid/4.1
Elemental Kindred:
Scarab Sages – Oban Ze – Male Ifrit Sorcerer/3.0
Silver Crusade – Thoom – Male Oread Monk of the Sacred Mountain/3.0
Depending on what Xazil has to bring.. I still have quite a few options.
–––
I dont have much at 3-4. I will probably bring Thaddeus my halfling occultist tank/melee or I also have Baranuk my dwarf tank/melee/offhealer warpriest.
Sounds like we have melee covered… so that puts out Thoom, Thump, Pug… probably SW too.
I’ll look at range/spells/skills. Oban or Day seem like good options… although Oban has kinda limited skills.
I guess I’d rather bring Oban.. so I’ll send over his files later tonight… unless we are really shy on diplomacy.. in which case I should bring Day.. and Andi won’t need to play his healing rat.
If we have melee covered, I will actually bring the healer. My other choices are melee characters.
Thaddeus has all the knowledges trained if that helps.
I’ll bring my Level 3 Monk
I’ll go ahead and send the files for the ratfolk witch.
