A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1–4 (Subtiers 1–2 and 3–4).
A new era is beginning for the Pathfinder Society, with new recruits and new factions all excited to build connections and embark on grand adventures. The PCs are among these recruits invited to attend a welcoming party where they can meet both the old guard as well as the up-and-coming leaders. But the party’s not all talk; the PCs learn of four exciting escapades in Absalom, through which they can kick off their adventuring careers!
This adventure’s individual missions include numerous variations that make each play-through exciting and different.

Bookings
This event is fully booked.
Do we have to provide our own characters? Or will you provide pre-gens?
Guess its time to give PFS2e a go. 🙂
I’ll roll up a cleric. It’s my go-to choice for every new ruleset.
@Roach – This is a PFS game, so ideally, you made your own character to bring. You can read about the campaign here: https://paizo.com/products/btpy84k4?Pathfinder-Society-Roleplaying-Guild-Guide
I don’t know if Paizo has released pregens as of yet.
A few things confuse me there:
1) the linked Guide (v. 10.0, Season of the Ten) refers to character generation on p. 15 iofthe Core Book. In my PF2 core book (PDF) p.15 shows the sample play, char generation starts on p. 19/20.
2) Ther Guide seems to assume point-buy, while the Core book uses “boosts/flaws starting on 10”.The only alternative in the core book is 4d6k3…
yes this is my first weekend playing pf2 how are we rolling up characters for this? we using the stats from the book or point buy?
I already created my character for this event. Do you want us to email you copies of the characters ahead of time or just wait until the day of?
@Chgosspyder: what method did you use for the generationmn? Point-buy, boosts/flaws, or 4d6k1? the P>FS gude speaks of a point-buy method, which I vannot find in ther PF2 rule book at aklll, also it refers to a page in the rule book that contains nothing on chargen… I have beenb waiting two weeks for an answer by the DM already…
Roach: you have found the first edition guide.
The Pathfinder Society guide for Pathfinder second edition is online only: http://www.organizedplayfoundation.org/encyclopedia/pfs2guide/
I must apologise to all of you. I left comments in the FG forum, but not here.
I was in a car accident early October, and have been recovering since. I will be ok before the start of this game though.
Ok, questions answered in reverse order:
1) PFS 2 uses the basic character generation method from the core rulebook, with the exception that you’re not allowed to lower stats in order to raise another.
2) You can mail me the character if you wish. The server will be up a few hours before game start, so there will be time then
3) Pregens are available if you wish. I currently have all the first level iconics, so let me know before time in
I’m glad to hear you are doing well. If things change just let me know.
I don’t see how to email you through this site.
so does that mean we go with the boosts/ flaws method? and we start with 15 gp correct?
Boost/flaws method is the one I used and as far as i can tell by the PFS rules online. Personally I used the pathbuilder 2e app so I could double check my math and it helped me. I think tut he only other thing I had to tweak on FG is the unbreakable goblin’s hp for my warpriest.
