The gumshoes are hired to look into a puzzling burglary. As they dig deeper, they’re drawn into a tale of art, greed, and vengeance. Set in New Orleans during the 1930s, this investigation is suitable for characters of any Rank.

Deadlands Noir is a roleplaying game that takes place in the Deadlands universe of the 1930s.  Deadlands Noir focuses on mystery, investigation, action, and horror in the grim and gritty cities of the 1900s.

Hard times make hard men. And women. And the world of Deadlands in the 1930s is one of the hardest. Heroes of this dark era must deal with the Great Depression, a constant cold war between the North and South, the unrelenting industrialization of the modern world, corrupt governments, and more than a few terrors lurking in the darkness. Those who struggle against this evil are steely-eyed private dicks, fast-talking grifters, wild-eyed inventors, and shadowy houngans. With enough moxie—and more than a little luck—they might just be enough to turn the tide.

This will be my 6th FG Con to GM at, so I think I can claim to be a veteran GM.  We will be playing this adventure using the Savage Worlds ruleset (We will be using the Adventurer’s Edition), and the Deadlands: Noir setting.

If you are new to those rules, and/or setting, no worries, they are quick and easy to learn.

I plan to provide some pre-gen characters, but I’m willing to allow custom characters as long as I can take a look at them a week in advance (so I can get them in the software).  Characters will be Seasoned Rank.

So, grab your trench coat, fedora, and your pistol.  The streets of the Big Easy in 1935 are a hard place to live and work.

This event is fully booked.
